I have an sbcglobal.net email account. I am able to get into it from my i-phone however I cannot login from my laptop. When I try using the forgot password option, I enter userid and last name and get the message Hmmm We can’t reset your password. We don’t have the account details we need to reset your password right now.

It’s possible you need to set up a secure mail key. The secure mail key will be a 16 character password that will take place of your current email password. Depending on how you are trying to access the email, the program you are using may not be open authentication compatible, if this is the case you will need a secure mail key.
