The plan for my last run was to get off work, and run 5km towards home, and then just grab a bus the rest of the way. This didn’t happen as I was working quite late, so I just went home and ran at about 11:30. It was another sluggish run, and took me nearly half an hour. I better get started on thinking about my next challenge.
