I’m having the same issue with my work OptiPlex 980 DT machine. I just got 16gb ( 4 x 4GB DDR3L 1600 MHz UDIMM Memory Modules) of ram to upgrade this bad boy. I used those dust-off compressed gas dusters to clean the motherboard and PSU cause they were pretty dusty.
